Performance and Momentum Coaching
Support for men who want to rebuild energy, discipline, and confidence when leadership begins to feel physically and mentally depleted.
This path is designed for men who know how to push, perform, and endure – but sense that their energy, routines, or momentum have eroded over time. The work here is action-oriented and embodied, focused on helping men re-establish structure and strength so leadership feels grounded rather than forced.
When This Path Is a Fit
This path is often a good fit when:
Energy levels are low and recovery feels insufficient
Discipline and routines have slipped under prolonged stress
Confidence feels diminished despite external success
Leadership feels more mentally demanding than it used to
You perform best when structure, challenge, and accountability are present
You don’t need to be burned out to begin this work. Many men start here because they want to restore momentum and feel physically and mentally sharp again.
How This Work Helps
This path focuses on rebuilding leadership from the ground up—through physical discipline, mental resilience, and consistent routines. Rather than extensive processing or reflection, the work emphasizes action, structure, and follow-through that restores confidence over time.
Men often experience:
-
Increased physical energy and resilience
-
Stronger daily routines and discipline
-
Greater confidence and decisiveness
-
Improved stress tolerance under pressure
-
Leadership that feels embodied rather than strained
The goal is not intensity for its own sake, but sustainable momentum—so leadership is supported by strength, structure, and presence.
Who Leads this Work
This path is led by Mark Odland – MA, LMFT, MDIV, who brings firsthand experience in discipline, resilience, and performance under pressure to his work with men.
Mark holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as a Master of Divinity. As a successful, 3-sport athlete in high school, he has blessed to become a state record-holder in football, and go on to play Division II college football. Today, being married with 4 children, the role of athletics has necessarily changed. However, he continues to keep his mind and body sharp through weightlifting, surfing in the frigid waters of Lake Superior (yes, it’s a thing), and training jiu jitsu as a blue belt. At this stage of life, Mark enjoys serving as a Christian counselor and performance coach to athletes. He works with men who want to rebuild energy, confidence, and momentum – helping them translate discipline, faith, and structure into steadier leadership at work and at home through consistent action and intentional daily practices.
A Note on Flexibility and Fit
Many men begin with one path and later shift as clarity increases. There is no “wrong” place to start. Our approach is designed to remain flexible – matching the kind of support that fits your current season, not locking you into a fixed track.
