The Reset begins with a 12-week intensive phase focused on gaining new insights and practical skills. For deeper trauma or layered issues, some men continue into a second phase. And for all participants, a faith-based option is available.
We’ve spent years helping men navigate these challenges in ways that are practical and real using research-proven strategies like Coaching, Psycho-education, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We understand how anger can feel overwhelming at times, and also know how much life can improve once you heal root causes and learn the tools to change patterns and better manage emotions.
