Mark Odland – MA, LMFT, MDIV / EMDR Certified
Mark Odland founded Lion Counseling to help men escape their cages and become the lions God created them to be. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified EMDR Therapist, and an ordained pastor. Over the last 15 years he’s conducted over 15,000 therapy sessions, trained over 1,000 therapists, and helped over 1,000 clients. His clientele includes business leaders, physicians, pilots, elite athletes, and other high achieving men.
Rachel Odland – MA, CWC, CPT / Life Coach
Rachel Odland provides Life Coaching for women. She’s passionate about helping women make healthy lifestyle changes, process big decisions, and deepen in faith. Rachel uses compassion, humor, and a powerful technique called Motivational Interviewing, which helps her clients achieve their goals. Over the years she’s worked with a wide variety of women, including health professionals, women in ministry, aspiring authors, college students, and widows.
Zack Carter – MA, Intern / Addiction Specialist
Zack Carter is currently a graduate student at Virginia Commonwealth University studying Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. He specializes in helping men to overcome common challenges like addiction, anxiety, depression, marriage issues, career problems, procrastination, and anger. While Zack is trained to work with a wide variety of issues and situation, he’s most passionate about helping men find freedom from addiction.

Our skilled counselors provide options for every budget. We know that working with us is a commitment of time, energy, and finances, but it is well worth the investment.
Mark’s Rates
Intake Appointment – $500
Standard Sessions (60 minutes) – $400

*Our providers are private-pay only (they do not accept insurance), and serve clients in AZ, CO, FL, IN, MN, MT, NV, SD, TX, and WY. Zack only provides online counseling. Mark and Rachel provide online counseling, as well as in-person sessions in Duluth, MN.
